Workshop
Hytube has a workshop in Bibra Lake, Perth WA. The workshop consists of a sales and stores area, fabrication shop for welding of steel and stainless steel, machining capabilities, pipe bending and forming area, assembly and strip down area, testing section and clean room facility. Externally we have a large yard with laydown areas, equipment containers, steelwork, pipe and tube stock/racks.
Our Workshop Services include:
Manufacturing of pipe spools and tubework, both welded and non-welded systems.
Pipe and tube bending machines. Flare forming and groove cutting.
Welding of structural steel sections and plate.
Weld testing, dye penetrant, magnetic particle and radiographic.
Manufacture of associated equipment, Lifting beams, steelwork, brackets and supports for piping, actuators and equipment.
Hose assembly and swaging.
Where required for a project, manufacturing includes:
Material certificates and traceability.
Weld Procedures, Qualification Records, NDE Reports and Weld traceability.
Manufacturer’s Data Report.
Test Reports, FAT and ITP.
