Our facility is designed to support a complete range of hydraulic and fabrication needs. The workshop consists of a dedicated sales and stores area, a fabrication shop for the welding of steel and stainless steel, and specific zones for machining capabilities, pipe bending, and forming.
To ensure comprehensive service, we maintain an assembly and strip-down area, a testing section, and a clean room facility. Externally, our premises feature a large yard with laydown areas, equipment containers, and extensive racks for steelwork, pipe, and tube stock.

Pipe & Tube Manufacturing
Fabrication of pipe spools and tubework for both welded and non-welded systems.
Structural Welding
Welding of structural steel sections and plate.
Equipment Manufacture
Fabrication of associated equipment such as lifting beams, steelwork, brackets, and supports for piping, actuators, and equipment.
Forming & Cutting
Utilising pipe and tube bending machines, flare forming, and groove cutting equipment.
Weld Testing
Comprehensive testing, including dye penetrant, magnetic particle, and radiographic inspection.
Hydraulics
Hose assembly and swaging.
Project Compliance & Documentation
Where required for a project, our manufacturing process is supported by rigorous documentation and quality control, including:
- Traceability: Material certificates and full traceability.
- Welding Records: Weld Procedures, Qualification Records, NDE Reports, and Weld traceability.
- Data Reports: Complete Manufacturer’s Data Report (MDR).
- Testing: Test Reports, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).
