Hytube provide Testing services within the workshop or on site. Testing services include:
Pressure testing of hydraulic pipe and tubing to AS 4041/4037, and to Client specifications.

Workshop soft start power supply up to 75 amps.
Hot oil flushing rigs to 2500Lpm@20 bar.
Water glycol flushing rigs up to 40Lpm@100 bar.
Calibrated Laser Particle counter, Laboratory test equipment, hydraulic oil analysis.
Water pump trailer for on-site flush and pressure test. 400Lpm@6 bar and 40 Lpm at 40 bar.
